Indications:
For anxiety reduction, stress management, pain control, and muscle relaxation before, during, and after surgery.
Directions:
Begin listening 2-3 days prior to surgery.
Listen to the Instructions on Track 1 first, then listen to Tracks 2 and 3 two or three times per day for 2-3 days.
On the day of surgery, listen to Track 2 when receiving your pre-op medications and during your procedure if your doctors will permit it.
